Baby Ritual offers free & fast shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs for each specific geographic area outside of the United Kingdom are calculated at checkout.

Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out the correct address when checking out. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.

You can return your product up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please make sure that the product packaging has not been opened and the product has not been used in any way shape or form as we will not be able to process a refund.

Delivery times vary but are generally 1-3 days for all orders dispatched across the United Kingdom & 6-7 days to Europe, USA and the Rest of the World.

RETURNS

UK Returns

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We accept Returns on all orders while the customer is liable for the Return costs which vary depending on which part of the UK you are returning it from.

 

International & EU Returns

We are working towards offering Free worldwide returns, however at this stage the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. 

We accept international returns if the item has not been opened, used and is in its original packaging. If you are based outside of the UK, we recommend returning your order via your local postal service at a basic rate, you are liable for the cost of your return. The customer is responsible for the product until we receive the Returned Item.

To start the returns process, please first contact our support team using our contact page in order to discuss your return.

Remember to keep your postage receipts, just in case your parcel doesn’t reach us. 


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund usually within 7 working days.
If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the payment provider.
